Hi, I’m Jessica

I provide individual therapy for women, teens, and college-age women in Chico, California and through virtual sessions in Utah. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, including comprehensive preparation and integration support.

Like many of you, I’m juggling many roles—mom, wife, athlete, daughter, and learning how to weave all the parts of myself into a grounded, authentic whole. Along the way, I’ve had to sort through years of messages about who I “should” be. I’ve spent more time than I’d like feeling not enough, wrestling with anxiety, and working to heal shame. Through my personal and professional health journey, I’ve learned how to set healthy boundaries, reconnect with my body, and step into greater confidence and empowerment. These are the insights I feel called to share.

My practice is dedicated to supporting teens and women who are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and trauma. I take a mind–body approach, which can look and feel different from traditional talk therapy. By integrating the body’s wisdom with the mind’s understanding, clients can access the root of their struggles and create change that is both meaningful and lasting—building new neural pathways that support resilience and wellbeing.

My goal is to walk alongside you as you heal, transform, and reclaim your sense of self. I’m here to help you recognize your inner strength, honor your experiences, and use them as a foundation for growth, empowerment, and lasting change.

Who I Work With

I work exclusively with women, teens, and college-age women who are navigating anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and periods of meaningful transition. Many of the clients I support feel sensitive, driven, or deeply reflective, and may find themselves feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward despite outward success.

I often work with individuals who are experiencing:

  • Anxiety and chronic worry

  • Depression or low mood

  • Trauma or difficult life experiences

  • Major life transitions, including starting college or adulthood

  • Emotional regulation challenges

  • Spiritual or identity exploration

My clients are often seeking a therapeutic space that feels safe, grounded, and collaborative—one where they can slow down, feel understood, and explore meaningful change at their own pace. I welcome clients who are curious about both traditional therapy and integrative approaches, including mindfulness and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy with preparation and integration support.
